New Season, New Menu!

The new season brought many new changes to the space, including a brand new menu! Cafe Collective partnered with local Chef Diva to design a customized menu packed with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. We know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we put together an exclusive menu that will provide you with all of the essential nutrients and keep you fueled with energy for hours! The Lox Croissant Panini has been the favorite amongst the members of Collective Ventures, made with fresh smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, red onion, dill and a light Greek Yogurt spread, toasted to perfection! Looking for an extra boost of protein and flavor? You will love The Breakfast Burrito is made with chicken sausage, scrambled eggs, tomato and melted swiss cheese! Breakfast is served all day!

The new lunch menu includes a range of classic paninis and wraps. Our protein packed Chicken Fresco Wrap is made with chicken breast, spinach, rucola, red onion, pesto and crumbled goat cheese a perfect option for a busy day.  Everyone is excited about the Cubano! This Cuban Panini, is a favorite among the South Florida community, it is made with roasted pork, pickles, mustard and melted swiss cheese toasted to perfection! Looking for a vegetarian panini? We got you covered. The delicious Caprese Panini, is a spin off to an Italian classic made with tomato, basil, pesto and melted mozzarella cheese. The Soup of the Day is a creamy tomato base chicken Tortilla Soup with a hint of spice to warm up your soul this season. Be sure to ask the barista about our assortment of bagels, muffins, fruits and snacks.
