“How people treat you is their karma. How you react is your karma.”
Karma refers to the spiritual principle of cause & effect; when previous and present intentions & actions influence the fate and future of that individual. Good deed= positive karma, evil deed = negative karma. Basically, we get what we deserve. With this being said, us too can create our own good karma by practicing a “Karma Cleanse”:
Express gratuity for everything
-be humble, show gratitude not attitude
Defer to kindness
-express positivity with everything you do
Let go of the past and focus on the here & now
-allow yourself to move forward
Check your motives
-whatever you do, do it for the right reason
Act with love
-take the extra step to help others
Forgive yourself and others
-release the unnecessary negativity
If drawing good karma into your life is what you desire, you must practice by giving into positivity and what you hope to receive. Once you let go of negativity and turn it into good karma, that’s when your goals will manifest.
