Practicing Law since 2007, Marty Elberg decided to move to South Florida and began a new firm in 2012. Marty understands the importance of a proper business structure and the effect it can have on the owners. He prides himself on his ability to truly listen to his clients while translating their vision into operating agreements that meet their desires and expectations. He appreciates the unique composition of each business and knows firsthand that thoughtful, creative customized planning can maximize both financial security and harmony therein.

Community involvement has always been a top priority for Marty. In April of 2015 he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Voices for Children of Broward County. Marty is also involved with Americas Planned Giving. Marty’s firm Circle of Life Legal Services was selected as the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award Winner.
